Hotel was nice and simple, we thoroughly enjoyed this place.
Clean and practical room, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a radio were a nice surprise. The atmosphere created was comfortable! Location: the hotel was right by all the good restaurants and the waterfront and restaurants.

During my stay over Christmas, I enjoyed two key aspects of this guest house. the location was excellent, allowing me to explore the city on foot and easily access local restaurants and shops. the interior court of the property was beautifully maintained and provided a relaxing environment.
There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the rooms felt a bit outdated, and some of the windows had mosquito screens coming away.

I recently stayed at Midtown Guest House for a week while exploring downtown St. Thomas. The location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions like the 99 steps and government buildings. Despite the initial impression of a small room and outdated bathroom, everything that mattered was excellent. The room was quiet, with effective AC and a surprisingly comfortable, albeit small, bed. The bathroom was fully functional and the blackout shutters made for a restful sleep. Additionally, the owners were kind enough to store our luggage after checkout, and Rudy went above and beyond to retrieve a forgotten bag from the airport shuttle.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The complimentary coffee and tea offered at the property was a nice touch and helped us start our day off right. The central location of the hotel made it convenient for us to explore the area and visit local restaurants and shops. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to assist us with any needs we had.
We were disappointed that there was no breakfast option available at the hotel. It would have been nice to have at least a small fridge or microwave in the room for convenience.

The room is practical and outstanding, with a particularly good and marvelous location close to the ferry terminal, in a new area, just a couple of blocks away from Ideal Restaurant.

The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us lots of information about the area. They also had a coffee/tea machine available for guests. The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and nightlife nearby. We enjoyed being able to easily explore the area.
The hotel could use some updates and maintenance. The rooms were clean but could be improved.

We had a great experience at this guest house. the staff was friendly and attended to our every need, from printing our boarding passes to providing us with the Wi-Fi password and even toilet paper. the location of the guest house was also convenient, as it was close to bus and safari stops, a touristic market, and the main street. We felt safe, as the guest house is located on the border where it starts to feel a little less secure. the room itself was basic but comfortable, with a comfy bed, hot water in the shower, and effective air conditioning.
It was a good choice for us, offering a simple and affordable option for a night's stay. Cons: Nothing to dislike.
